I forgot to post about the 3rd round of interviews that took place couple of days ago.

We found a good ASP programmer, Ravi Kant and finally Yavnika Rathee ,who couldn’t make it as a programmer created for herself, a new position of a Technical Tester. I hadn’t given testing a serious thought but during the interview session, I realised there might be a serious need in future. So kudos to her, we now have a pretty good team of two ASP programmers, two PHP Programmers, one Tester and a Graphic designer.

I just received the 90th application today. We already have 9 people scheduled to be interviewed on saturday. I and Sarthak plan to have another round before it. Let’s see it all works out well and I end up with a team of the perfect 10.

Btw, my brother got a Toyota Celica from his company. Man, that ride is sexy!! The first sports car in our family. Can’t wait to get my hands on the driving wheel. Although, by the time I get a chance to visit him, he might have a different car.
