Like the billing crisis wasn't enough! On November 3rd, the entire subnet: 83.98.183.X got blocked externally for some reason. The Datacenter still hasn't been able to figure out what happened. Well, what that meant was our shared SHOUTcast server was fine but all services went down as they were running on 83.98.183.130!! I had no choice but to migrate everyone to the new IP. I was bombarded with customer emails, tickets, IMs, calls and what not!

As for now, things are back to normal, all the domains and sub-domains should be pointing to the new IP. I gave my customers 25% credit for the next month to keep them happy

On the  happier note, Mike might be coming back to RH soon! Let's hope we have a smooth ride ahead.
