Frankly, I have never tried that! Apple simply won’t release the OS for other architecture and hence running OS X natively on a general x86 is almost impossible. Although an emulator may help but it won’t serve the purpose then

well actually i have a mac dvd with the darwin x86 kernel which is booting and working on my lappy but it does not detect my hdd………….
