Not sure what happened there as it was before I was an employee at phpFoX. Anyway, I have cleared out the long list (can’t tell you how long!) of pending user reports and moving on to other stuff.

So, I take it that they got rid of their other Anti-Piracy guy that used to work for vBulletin, too?

I remember when they had a lot of complaints, but he did a hell of a job! Some big shoes to fill, if that’s what you’re doing =)

Hopefully that is true, but I have bought the software about a month ago and nothing of what was promised is available and now when I ask for support I just get the run around or I am told by support to go find it in the forums. LOL I must say that it is frustrating.

Like, I said hopefully it will only get better.

I respect your opinion but if you do go on the recent times, support has improved a LOT. The new 1.6 version is much faster and stable. Bugfixes are being answered and applied very quickly.

I recently bought licenses for all trial software + already have two windows licenses (Tiger is bundled with my MacBook). Unfortunately, I can only bring down illegal users of phpFoX.
