42; that’s double my age! Well, that’s the number of centuries, my God, Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar has scored in ODI Cricket. He knocked of a magnificent hundred (amazingly his first ODI hundred in Australian soil) against Australia in Sydney today to help India cruise to victory in the first of the CB Series finals.

Take that Aussies, stop predicting the usual “whitewashes” when the Indian Tigers are on your soil! :)

Update: We also won the Under-19 ICC Word Cup. Wow, double treat!

the term “42″, also reminds me of the UNIVERSAL answer to everything…
(It is at a certain level of thinking, “the answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything”.)
