Sachin turns 35

Well, I too loaded with work to write a decent blog entry on my God’s birthday. Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, the greatest batsman I will ever see, turns 35 today. He’s dedicated more than half his life to Cricket. Thank you, Sachin for giving us countless hour of entertainment and making our country proud.

42; that’s double my age! Well, that’s the number of centuries, my God, Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar has scored in ODI Cricket. He knocked of a magnificent hundred (amazingly his first ODI hundred in Australian soil) against Australia in Sydney today to help India cruise to victory in the first of the CB Series finals.

Yipee, bhajji is cleared of the racism charge and the Indian team is now traveling to Melbourne for the only T20 match.

Well, the final test match of 4 match Border-Gavaskar trophy between India and the Aussies ended in a draw but both teams will take positives out of it, especially India. They were a serious threat all long, at least since the Sidney encounter.
